1. Can not connect to phones? Or Can not pair to your phones?

1) Please confirm the wifi signal is steady, the effective range of wifi from camera is 10 meters to 15 meters(32.8-49.4 ft).

2)No image displayed after prompting that it is paired and connected？--This is because the network signal is too poor and there is no way to buffer and load images. Please check the WiFi signal.

2. Requesting and can't connect to 4g,5g network.

--The wifi camera Only work with 2.4g network, Not support to work with 4g,5g network.

3. It does not stay on and also Not showing the image when connected.

--The machine itself won't work all the time, it works intermittently. If there is no moving object, the machine will automatically enter the sleep state.

4. How to install the antenna?

--There is a antenna hole on back of camera, please manually attach the antenna.
