Although we are experiencing unprecedented levels of orders from our gardening community. We are backordered on many items and are doing our best to replenish our supply as quickly as possible. Backorder dates are noted when you place your order. Please note that some items are drop shipped directly from our vendor and can take 10-15 days to ship out.

Our Customer Care Representatives are unable to keep up with the volume of calls and emails we are receiving. We have long call waits as noted on our phone messaging and we are not keeping up with the volumes of emails we are receiving. If you have any questions on your order, please check your order status online to give you the quickest information about your order.

For all other issues/questions, please email us, if appropriate, be sure to include your order or customer number when contacting us. We will get to you as quickly as we can. We regret that we are unable to provide our usual exemplary customer service levels.
